Long Time No See

Hey...yeah...so I haven't updated in about a year...sorry about that, I've been slackin'. So I guess I'll start off with the mandatory Happy New Year! Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and all the best in the New Year. So, now that THAT'S over...I can tell you what I've been up to. So Christmas Eve we went to Swiss Chalet for dinner with my Grampa and they were advertising the creamy chicken hello and didn't even have it yet...I've been craving that since then and they don't have it ANYWHERE...soon, I hope...I need it! Anyways...then Christmas I went to pick up my Grampa and brought him here and we had Christmas here and I got an iriver and a MAGIC BULLET!!! I was like brup brup. Then we had good Christmas dinner and I ate so much and now I'm fat(ter). Boxing day everyone came over for a family get together which was fun...I never see any of that family so its nice to see them on boxing day. Then on the 28th Kara, Steph and I went downtown and had an awesome time...then we went to Swiss Chalet AGAIN and Steph had a giant plate of fries (don't ask) but all in all it was pretty fun. On the 29th it was Steph's b-day so we went bowling and I let Steph win because it was her b-day then we all went to Jack Astor's for dinner which was hilarious and Steph's mom yelled at me for telling Steph she could buy porn. Good times, good times. Then on the 30th we went to visit Amanda, Bob and Kalan because we didn't see them at Christmas. So that started out like a good theory but ended up not so good. First of all, I woke up with some MAJOR ovary pain which just got worse until I got the flu and was sick at Amanda's which sucks majorly. Then my parents decided they wanted to go to the outlet mall close to their place...so Kara and I stayed at the house with Kalan who was napping and the 4 of them went which was good because I really wasn't in the mood. I feel asleep watching Band Camp then we went home and I made my dad pull the car over at Kennedy and Lawrence (like 5 minutes away from home) so I could be sick again...this time just in the parking lot with people watching me...talk about fun eh? So then it's new years eve which sucks even more because I was supposed to go out, but couldn't because I was sick. Then my parents made me go out with them...and the people who stole my bed...and go for dinner at Casey's and to a movie...and by the time we got home I thought I was going to die. So we watched some random tv until midnight then we said happy new year...then we watched some more random tv, then I was up until 3am watching SNL and Bewitched re-runs. Talk about glamourous! Then on new years day...I'm trying to remember what I did...I don't think I did anything, which was nice considering how I was feeling. Then I rented some movies the next day...imagine that...me getting movies. So anyways...we rented Cry_Wolf...good movie...a little slow in the beginning, but generally good, Insomnia...REALLY good thriller/crime/good movie, Winter Solstice...which I hate to say sucked...Allison Janney and Anthony LaPaglia, sorry to say it was horrible, there was no plot, Primary Colours which has everyone in the whole world in it, unbelievablely funny...don't know if it's supposed to be funny, but it is so it makes it all worth while, and Napoleon Dynamite...which we haven't watched yet. I also bought The Forgotten, The Upside of Anger, Hide and Seek and Sahara...that's our movie TK. So basically that's what I've done over the past week and a bit. Today I have to go to the dentist then off to work and tomorrow is mama's b-day.

So I'm thinking this is about long enough...moral of the story...update often to prevent entries such as these. I'm gonna get going, I need to have a shower...get some food, you know...get ready for the day. *kisses*
